Pictures from World Allround Speed Skating 2017 in Hamar and X Games Hafjell are up on the webpage.
It was a bit unexpected heading up to Hamar the first weekend of March since the accreditation was green-lit shortly before the event itself, but a lot of fun to shoot. It was also nice to return to Hamar in general after having lived there for a year then being away for a few months. An additional sentiment is that one of the first events Sports in Norway attended was the Lillehammer Youth Olympics, where Hamar served as co-host for the skating events.
The first leg of Raw Air finished yesterday at Holmenkollen, and tomorrow marks the second and last day at Lillehammer before they head up to Trondheim for another two days up there before heading south for the three last days at Vikersund. We did attend Holmenkollen, and although we were planning on heading up to Lillehammer tomorrow (Tuesday 14th), a busy schedule is keeping us away most of this week until Vikersund.
